Chocolate is the least forgiving edible format in warm weather. Above roughly 30°C it softens and the cocoa butter can separate, which leaves a pale bloom on the surface. That does not make it unsafe and it does not change the dose, but it does make the squares harder to break evenly — which matters when the scoring is how you measure. Keep it cool, sealed and out of direct sun.

The more important point: an infused bar looks identical to an ordinary one once it is out of the wrapper. Keep it sealed, labelled and well out of reach of children and pets. Chocolate is also toxic to dogs regardless of what is in it, so this format needs more care than most.
