Effective date: October 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Uper Weed Mail Order (uperweed.com) collects, uses and protects your personal information. We respect your privacy and keep your information confidential.
Information we collect
- Order details: name, email, phone number, shipping address, the items you order and the payment method you choose.
- Messages: what you send us by email or through the contact form.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and security events in normal server logs.
- Cookies: essential cookies for your session, age confirmation and cart, and Google Analytics cookies that count visits.
How we use it
To process, ship and support your order; send order confirmations and updates; answer your questions; keep the website secure; and understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
Emails
We email you about your order. If we send newsletters or offers, every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to stop at any time.
Sharing your information
We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the store, and only as needed:
- website hosting (DreamHost) and our database (Supabase, hosted in Canada)
- email delivery (Hostinger)
- visit statistics (Google Analytics)
- Canada Post or our courier, to deliver your order
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Discreet and confidential
Orders ship in plain, discreet packaging. Only staff who need your details to fulfil your order can see them.
Retention and security
We keep order records only as long as needed for service, accounting and legal reasons, then delete them. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited and password-protected. No online service can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, where the law allows. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; essential cookies are needed for the cart and checkout to work.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
