These Terms of Service apply to uperweed.com, operated by Uper Weed Mail Order ("we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Age and lawful use
You must be of legal age to buy cannabis in your province or territory (19+ in most provinces, 18+ in Alberta, 21+ in Quebec). By using the website you confirm that you are. You are responsible for following the laws where you live. Never give cannabis products to minors.
2. General conditions
We may refuse service to anyone, limit quantities or cancel an order at our discretion. You may not copy, resell or exploit any part of the website without our written permission.
3. Accuracy of information
We work to keep product names, photos, descriptions, potency and prices accurate. Cannabis is a natural product, so appearance, aroma and packaging can vary by batch. Website information is general and is not medical advice.
4. Prices and changes
Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. We may change, add or remove products and features at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
5. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and the order is accepted. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (such as Interac e-Transfer). Unpaid orders may be cancelled. If an item is out of stock we will contact you to offer a replacement, a partial order or a refund.
