This is where distillate genuinely earns its place. It arrives already decarboxylated, so unlike flower it needs no baking step before use — stir it into melted butter, oil or chocolate and it disperses, because cannabinoids bind to fat.

Work out your dose before you start. Multiply the weight in grams by the stated potency to get total milligrams, then divide by the number of servings you are making.
